This Change Request proposes changes to the Core Specification that enables GAP (Generic Access Profile) Observers to use RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) values to keep track of advertisers within range that are sending advertisements while the Observer’s Controller is filtering duplicate advertisements.
