It is proposed that a profile be developed to standardize the use of Bluetooth functionality for communication with the operation of heating appliances, such as an oven, microwave, cooktop, and stove hood. Configuration, operation, maintenance, and service of the Bluetooth functionality in the appliances are to be covered in the specification.
