Constant Tone Extension Service 1.0 Adopted

This specification proposes a GATT-based service for configuring the Constant Tone Extension (CTE) transmitted by a device.

Errata Correction 23224 is mandatory when claiming compliance to Constant Tone Extension Service 1.0.
