​​Out-of-Band Pairing Uniform Resource Identifier​ 1.0 Adopted

This specification defines how a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) obtained through an out-of-band (OOB) medium can be used to convey information needed for a device to perform Bluetooth® OOB pairing with another device that is associated with the URI. This specification shows how this information can be used with a Quick Response (QR) code or other OOB methods to help guide the selection of a peer device to pair with, and to streamline the pairing process with no additional user interactions.
