Mesh Client Configuration Active

This FRD proposes developing standardized methods to configure mesh client models, including, but not limited to, the Generic Client models and the Sensor Client model. The current Mesh specifications do not have client model configuration in scope, leaving this to applications and therefore limiting universal interoperability.
