Binary Sensor Profile 1.0 Adopted

The Binary Sensor Profile (BSP) enables a Collector device to receive status reports from binary (open/closed, on/off, etc.) sensors.

Errata Correction 23224 is mandatory when claiming compliance to Binary Sensor Profile 1.0.
