Co-located at the Bluetooth Member Summit: Lisbon event, we are thrilled to announce that we will host our first-ever marketer forum — a dedicated space for marketers to learn, connect, and collaborate — at the Bluetooth Member Summit: Lisbon this December.
Attendees will gain insider access to the SIG’s marketing plans, learn how to tell a stronger Bluetooth story, and discover practical ways to amplify their company’s visibility through collaboration.
Please note: you must have a Bluetooth SIG user account to register and attend this event. If you do not currently have one, click here.
Event registration is $600 per attendee, which covers all sessions, daily breaks and lunches, plus evening social activities. Payment is collected by credit card during registration.
If your plans change, you can cancel anytime from the link on your confirmation page. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the event are eligible for an 80% refund—just submit a quick ticket request. No refunds are given for cancellations within two weeks of the event.
Hotel information
Our host hotel is the Lisbon Marriott Hotel. We’ve secured a special Bluetooth SIG rate: €178/night (single) or €198/night (double), plus taxes and fees. This includes VAT, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. You will receive the room-block booking link once you register.
All participants must agree to the Bluetooth Member Event Participation Agreement.

DAY ONE: 3 December
9:15–10:00: Marketing at the Bluetooth SIG: How it works and how you can get involved
Curious about how marketing supports the Bluetooth SIG’s mission? This session pulls back the curtain on the SIG’s marketing function, sharing its purpose, structure, and the key initiatives. You’ll learn what we do, why it matters, and most importantly, how your company can team with us to amplify the message and grow the Bluetooth market. Designed as the foundation for the Marketer Forum, this session will equip you with the context and connections to make the most of what’s ahead.
10:00–10:30: Telling the Bluetooth story
The Bluetooth brand story has undergone a strategic refresh to better reflect the technology’s evolving role; from a simple cable replacement to a cornerstone wireless technology helping make the world a better place.
This session will equip you to:
- Confidently talk about Bluetooth technology and the Bluetooth SIG—articulating the vision, mission, and value proposition in ways that resonate with your audiences
- Leverage the Bluetooth story to inform and elevate your company’s marketing
- Position Bluetooth effectively against alternate technologies—highlighting what sets Bluetooth apart and how to address common comparisons in the marketplace
- Position Bluetooth within key applications—communicating the unique advantages of Bluetooth and its role within specific use cases
You will leave with practical messaging strategies and inspiration to tell a bigger, bolder Bluetooth story; one that reflects not only the essential role of Bluetooth, but also your company’s role in realizing the vision of creating a better world through connection.
11:30–12:30: Best practices for communicating support for Bluetooth® features and functionality
In today’s competitive marketplace, how you communicate support for Bluetooth® technology can directly impact the credibility of your products and your brand, as well as consumer confidence. This session provides actionable recommendations for member companies to consistently and effectively showcase Bluetooth functionality and support in their products and marketing.
You will learn:
- Best practices for using Bluetooth trademarks, logos, and terminology—ensuring your communications are clear, compliant, and maximize the value of both your brand and the Bluetooth brand
- A practical framework for communicating support for Bluetooth functionality in your products
- How to visually communicate Bluetooth support and specific features, making it easy for customers to identify Bluetooth technology and capabilities in your products
You will leave with actionable guidance and resources to confidently communicate Bluetooth support, building customer trust and enhancing both the credibility of your products and the strength of the Bluetooth brand.
14:00–15:30: Understanding and communicating the Bluetooth roadmap
Bluetooth® technology is advancing rapidly to meet the needs of complex, performance‑sensitive applications. This session will explore the current trajectory of Bluetooth innovation, beginning with an overview of recent innovations like Auracast™ broadcast audio and Bluetooth® Channel Sounding. It will also look ahead to significant enhancements currently in progress, including the introduction of high data throughput, high-resolution and lossless audio, ultra‑low‑latency HID, and future operation in higher unlicensed bands.
You will be able to:
- Translate the roadmap into credible external messaging and future market positioning
- Identify and communicate near‑term opportunities in audio, automotive, gaming, and more
- Plan for adoption across product, engineering, and marketing
You will leave with insight into the strategic roadmap guiding specification timelines, and how to ready your teams and products for what’s next.
DAY TWO: 4 December
9:15–10:00: Inside the 2026 Bluetooth SIG marketing playbook
Get an exclusive first look at the Bluetooth SIG’s 2026 marketing plan. This session goes beyond an overview—it is your opportunity to learn and ask questions about high-impact initiatives, strategic priorities, and how you can plug in to amplify the message.
You will get an insider look at the themes, narratives, and strategic focus areas shaping 2026 and will walk away with actionable insights and clear pathways to collaborate with the Bluetooth SIG so you can participate in marquee moments and maximize your …company’s visibility in the year ahead.
10:00–10:30: Amplifying your Bluetooth technology story
In today’s marketplace, visibility and credibility are essential. Bluetooth SIG members have the opportunity to amplify their stories and align with global campaigns through the Member Marketing Collaboration Program. This session introduces the tools, resources, and opportunities available to members, highlighting practical ways to participate and examples of successful collaborations that have elevated member companies’ voices in the market.
You will learn:
- How to participate in Bluetooth SIG marketing opportunities, including Q&A blogs, videos, speaking engagements, events, demos, and press/analyst outreach
- How to submit your company’s own content to be promoted across SIG channels and integrated into marketing campaigns
- How to leverage the Marketing Hub—accessing messaging guides, brand and feature toolkits, campaign calendars, and ready-to-use assets
- Real-world examples of successful member participation that demonstrate the value of collaboration in amplifying your company’s visibility and impact
You will leave with actionable guidance, inspiration from peers, and clear next steps to engage with the program. With refreshed brand messaging and new initiatives underway, now is the time to get involved.
14:00–15:30: Marketing roundtable
Be part of an interactive working session designed to surface your needs and test ideas in real time. We will open the floor for discussion, learning, and feedback to explore ways the Bluetooth SIG marketing team can further support you and your company’s marketing activity.
What we will do:
- Open dialogue to identify how the SIG can best support your marketing
- Invite your help in identifying the tools, assets, programs, and enablement that will be most helpful to you
- Provide early access to draft messaging, initiatives, and concepts and invite feedback to help shape our final direction
