Bluetooth SIG is seeking a fulltime Instructional Designer with Captivate and Camtasia experience. Use your instructional design skills and demonstrated best practices in adult learning to become an integral part of exciting training initiatives for a multi-national, multi-cultural audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Senior Training Manager on an overall program for training within the Bluetooth SIG
  • Consults and collaborates with various teams to develop training module goals and objectives
  • Applies knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content, working with subject matter experts as an eLearning specialist

You’ll be responsible for market segmentation, target audience definition, and creation and implementation of marketing programs across multiple mediums and channels.

This role is responsible for programs and campaigns globally and reports to the Director of Brand and Developer Marketing. The successful candidate thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and has the demonstrated ability to both conceive of programs and drive their successful implementation, while working collaboratively across a small, but effective global marketing team.

  • Develop and execute annual strategic growth plan within strategic verticals
