会员 公司提交的第一份包含特定Design 的Product ，无论该Design 是现有Design （由Design 编号标识）还是新Design （在完成资格认证过程后将被授予Design 编号），都将被收取1A Product Qualification Fee 。同一会员 公司随后提交的包含相同Design 的Product ，将不收取Product Qualification Fee。此外，如果会员 公司提交的任何Product 包含子集Design （QPRD，第 3.2.2.2.1 节）或重新评估的Design （QPRD，第 3.2.2.2.2 节），则不会被收取Product 资格Qualification Fee。
