为完成Bluetooth 资格认证过程提供支持服务
Bluetooth®资格认证顾问是符合一定要求的独立顾问，当他们协助成员公司提交产品以获得资格认证时，可自称为"Bluetooth 资格认证顾问"。成员公司可以（但并非必须）聘请Bluetooth 资格认证顾问提供与资格认证相关的服务。

每位Bluetooth 资格认证顾问必须满足所有的计划要求，包括通过旨在评估其对Bluetooth 资格认证流程理解的考试。
Bluetooth 资格认证顾问并不受雇于或代表Bluetooth SIG。 决定聘请资格顾问的各成员公司有责任确定其与Bluetooth 资格顾问的关系条款，包括付款和服务范围。Bluetooth资格认证顾问可能提供的服务示例如下：
- 检查产品是否符合合格要求（包括测试要求）。
- 审查产品测试报告
- 协助成员公司完成资格认证流程，包括产品上市等工作
