5 steps to a successful launch of Auracast™ at your location

STEP 1
Ensure access for all visitors
Ensure a Standard Quality Public Broadcast Audio stream is made available for all audio transmitted via the Auracast™ transmitter. This enables broader compatibility with all Auracast enabled listening devices, such as hearing aids and cochlear implants, as well as consumer earbuds and headphones, allowing users to seamlessly access broadcasts.

STEP 2
Register your location
Register your location with the Bluetooth SIG to obtain licensing rights for Auracast trademark usage and participate in promotional opportunities to increase awareness of your location. Additionally, please register your location on Google Maps to indicate Auracast™ broadcast audio availability. This ensures consumers who are searching for locations with Auracast™ broadcast audio, can clearly find this capability.
STEP 3
Display Auracast™ signage
Please provide clear signage. Print and post Auracast™ location graphics near entrances, counters, walls, seating areas, or any areas that make the most sense to help people easily identify the availability of this feature at your location.

STEP 4
Prepare your team
Provide appropriate training to your staff. Including, have your staff try and use the Auracast™ receivers so they understand and can encourage and assist people to use them for assistive listening and immersive listening experience.
Have them look at the informative Auracast™ Product Listing page on bluetooth.com to understand that there are many personal BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Auracast™ receivers that people visiting your registered location might have.
Provide your staff with a few simple phrases or a script to help them introduce Auracast™ and educate visitors with audio accessibility.

STEP 5
Market Auracast™ to your community
Mention Auracast™ on your registered locationʼs website, app, social media, and event listings. Feel free to reach out to your Auracast installer, consultant, distributor, commercial Auracast transmitter manufacturer, or the Bluetooth SIG to amplify and highlight the adoption of Auracast™, a transformative broadcast audio technology.
