Name: Present Relative Output Ripple Voltage
Assigned Number: 0x005F
This property represents the most recently measured relative ripple voltage value. The relative ripple voltage is the ripple voltage value divided by the average voltage (as reported by the Average Output Voltage property). These values can be used to monitor the performance of power supplies, because an increase in the ripple voltage value may indicate that the capacitors in these power supplies are starting to fail. This property can be used as an early sign of power supply failure.
