Bluetooth SIG Member Events
The Bluetooth SIG hosts several events throughout the year. Many of these events are open to members only. These events include the All Hands Meeting, Qualification Training Sessions, Member Roundtables and Open Houses, and Demo Days. For trade shows and other events, please see our public events page in the Press & Analysts section.
UnPlugFests Three times per year, the Bluetooth Special Interest Group organizes an UnPlugFest. This is a testing event for engineers of the SIG member companies to improve the interoperability of Bluetooth devices. Over the years, the event has proven to be much more than a technical gathering. In fact, the UnPlugFests have become one of the cornerstones of the Bluetooth SIG.
Traditionally, the UnPlugFest is a secluded event where engineers of member companies and the technical brains of the SIG and put prototypes and products to the best of tests in a confidential environment. If you want to see what these events are about and what their significance is for Bluetooth wireless technology, read the article by Anders Edlund and download a video release that was filmed at the most recent UnPlugFest in Brussels.
