| The Agilent 93000 with RF Measurement Suite is an automatic test solution for high volume production test of ICs for wireless applications, such as cellular, WLAN, and Bluetooth. The system can be configured with the digital, analog, and RF capability required to test the Bluetooth radio modem, baseband processor, and SOC/SIP. In addition, enough resouces can be added to test these devices in quad-site - ultimately increasing throughput and lowering cost of test. |
